CREW MANAGEMENT SERVICES

J-PHIL MARINE INC. offers qualified Filipino seafarers with good human relations.

It is our goal to provide crew members for all types of vessels. Our pool of seafarers is willing to accept salary and term of contract at competitive levels while ensuring the quality of service once hired

All of our seafarers are compelled to secure all the necessary trainings, upgrading, and certifications to ensure their competencies. They are being encouraged to immerse themselves in English to ensure good communication skills, which is very much essential when working onboard.

All pre-employment medical examinations, including drug and alcohol screening program are taken into consideration to make sure they are fit to work. They are also being oriented on any forms of illegal activities that may compromise them, the products they carry and the vessel they are manned, in order to prevent them from engaging into one.
